  The foundation was poured nicely and level, and then we got our modular pulled onto the foundation and poured ICF walls (also courtesy of Blackwood Concrete). It's been less than 4 months and water is leaking in on 2 sides (60 feet each side) of the foundation, but the owner of Blackwood Concrete says that we can just fix it ourselves. Paying this company almost $18k, I think it's pretty disappointing that he can't fix what his company messed up on. We got spray foam, like he said, and water is still coming in. He was very unprofessional when we called to ask him why water was leaking in our crawl space, THROUGH the concrete. I have a 3 month old son, water that won't stop leaking into our crawl space, and, now, mold in our brand new home. I am extremely dissatisfied with Blackwood Concrete; don't waste your time with them. They make their work look nice, charge you an arm and a leg for it, and then won't stand behind it when something happens!!! If I could give 0 stars, that would be more fitting than 1 star.
