  We have made major purchases from here, but they are not easy to buy from. Very unfriendly, very unfamiliar with their products, and won't take the time to look up the info. Asked for something we would have liked to buy locally, left, and had to order it because they informed us "they don't make that..." and the manager rudely told us "There's no such thing..." Wife tried her best to patronize them again, went in to talk beds, wanted to look at a comparable current Sealy to a discontinued Sealy we were looking at elsewhere, apparently the one we're looking at never existed, according to the manager and associate. When we did have a problem with a recliner couch, there was no customer support here, no one to chat with. Much easier to deal with the manufacturer.
